Based on the data discussed during the January 27th Board meeting, four areas of focus were identified for our next strategic plan: academic programs; student wellness and safety; staff wellness, development, and safety; and facilities and operations.

We are now seeking more detail from our stakeholders on these four areas. To provide your input, please participate in each of the separate exchanges by clicking on the topic below (detailed instructions appear when you click the link):

We will be leaving the above exchanges open until March 31 and then there will be four virtual meetings held to review and discuss the data collected from the topic specific engagements. From there, a draft strategic plan will be developed outlining, goals, actions, timelines and measures.
